The villa story
A century-old heritage, awakened again
Villa Doll is one of Viljandi's last great Art Nouveau residences — a three-story brick mansion whose façade carries delicate ornaments, tall windows and proportions that speak of craftsmanship from a century ago.
The restoration has been carried out with respect: original handrails, panelling and plasterwork are preserved. What is new has been made invisible — heating, ventilation and energy efficiency that meet today's standards.
The result is a home where every door opens to something historic, yet breathes the calm of spaces designed for the way we live now.
