We will tell you a bit more how the sales process looks like before you can move into your dream home.

You will make a choice among the very many good options. You will also think through the wish and location for a storeroom and parking place. 

Law of obligations sales contract

The buyer of an apartment in an apartment building under construction will enter into a notarial law of obligations sales contract together with a construction obligation where the house’s final completion date will be agreed but also the materials used in the construction and internal finishing, special use rights on the storeroom and parking place. When entering into a law of obligations sales contract, the buyer will pay 15% of the apartment’s sales price.

Real right contract

After the completion of the apartment building and the apartments and the buyer’s overview of the construction works, a notarial real right contract will be issued, with which the property of the apartment will be given over to the buyer. The buyer will pay 85% of the apartment’s sales price and will receive the keys and property of the apartment.

When the apartment building is ready, the law of obligations sales contract and the real right contract will be issued together and the buyer will immediately get the apartment keys and property after the notarial transaction.

The sales price includes:

  • Apartment’s internal finishing (incl.san equipment)
  • Drawing of kitchen furniture
  • Fees for technical network creation and accession (electricity, water, sewerage, ventilation)
  • Readiness for joining communication and cable TV service
  • Ventilation

The sales price does not include:

  • Kitchen furniture
  • Parking place
  • Storeroom
  • Accession fees for communication and cable TV service

The notarial fees and state fee related to issuing of the sales contract will be covered by the buyer.

When the apartment building is ready, the law of obligations sales contract and the real right contract will be issued together and the buyer will immediately get the apartment keys and property after the notarial transaction.
