Make Your Selection

From a wide array of excellent options, you will make your decision. Concurrently, you will consider your preferences for a storage unit and parking space, including their location.

Preliminary Sales Agreement (VÕL)

For an apartment in a residential building under construction, a notarized preliminary sales agreement (contract under the law of obligations) with a construction obligation will be concluded with the Buyer. This agreement will specify the completion deadline for the building, the materials to be used in construction and interior finishing, and the special usage rights for the storage unit and parking space. Upon signing the preliminary sales agreement, the Buyer shall pay 15% of the apartment’s sales price.

Real Rights Agreement (AÕL)

Following the completion of the residential building and apartments, and their inspection by the Buyer, a notarized real rights agreement will be concluded, transferring ownership of the apartment to the Buyer. The Buyer shall pay 85% of the apartment’s sales price and will receive the keys and possession of the completed apartment.

Upon the completion of the residential building, both the preliminary sales agreement and the real rights agreement will be concluded simultaneously, and the Buyer will immediately receive the keys and possession of the apartment following the notarized transaction.

The Sales Price Includes:

  • Apartment interior finishing (including sanitary fixtures)
  • Kitchen cabinetry design
  • Fees for the establishment and connection of utility services (electricity, water, sewage, ventilation)
  • Provision for connection to communication and cable television services
  • Ventilation

The Sales Price Does Not Include:

  • Kitchen cabinetry
  • Parking space
  • Storage unit
  • Fees for connection to communication and cable television services

Notary fees and stamp duty associated with the conclusion of the sales agreement shall be borne by the buyer.
